  Haha, thank god for trackers! Well that’s good you didn’t have to pick up any calls. Shame you didn’t get to practice on a live one too, though. I hope it goes just as well next time!

  Congrats on your 5 months. That’s a long time.

  I hate talking on the phone period. It’s freaky for me. I’ve never liked calling in to places for customer support. Hope you get better on answering calls.

  I actually manage to answer calls without panicking but I suck at making them. Maybe because if I’m the one who picks up the phone I don’t have so much pressure on me… Idk, maybe it’s just my weird self

  You’re walking in a call center? Good luck on your training. I’m not in for such a thing as answering calls……. Trackers sure are pretty helpful huh.

  i hope you’re more prepared when you actually *do* have to answer phone calls, lol. I’m sure it’ll start off scary though, I hate dealing with people like that.

  Congrats on passing the training I’m wouldn’t have any problems answering calls, it’s just making them that is quite scary!!

  I hate to go on other people’s sites and complain, but I really have no idea what you’re talking about. If you’d explain a little more about what the training course is for in a short background info sentence for us Despair commentators, it would definitely help. I’d like to be able to give you a more intelligent comment.

  Congratulations on 5 months! You’ll be surprised at how quickly that turns into a year, and two, three.. four..!

  In regards to Mari’s comment: There’s ALWAYS something to comment on if you’re from Despair. If you don’t quite understand what the blog is about, comment on the layout or something they’ve said in a previous blog (and just state that you’re commenting on this one because you couldn’t think of what to say in regards to the most recent one) – People that don’t comment because they don’t understand the blog are simply, in my opinion, a little too lazy to think of something decent to say.

  ewww Wtf @ whoever keeps searching you. Freaky people just make me feel sick to my stomach :s
