good morning internets O_o what on earth am i doing up so early? something is really messed up with my sleeping recently. i go to bed when lucas does but i keep waking up every couple of hours which really sucks because it means that i am exhausted though out the day. instead of laying down and trying to coax myself to sleep again i figured i would wake up and get some work done before i run out of steam.
this sleep crap keeps happening randomly and i wish i could stop it. i’ve tried the normal remedies but nothing seems to make me stay asleep. i’m not a fan of sleep medication so that’s pretty much out. i’m not exactly sure what’s causing me to wake either.
do you have any sort of remedies for insomnia or messed up sleep patterns? i could use some advice!

there are a couple of things you can take that aren’t medication. i take valerian when im having issues. it just promotes relaxation and usually does the trick for me. also melatonin works wonders but gives me nightmares. they are both herbal/natural supplements.
