About A Girl…

my name is nimil and i have been blogging since i graduated high school in 2001. i started blogging because i found myself very intrigued by the personal blogs of people who just posted about their life. i guess you could say i am a life voyeur.

i live in a trailer somewhere in virginia, with my awesome boyfriend. i am 30 and currently unemployed but looking for ways to turn that around. the town i live in is small, and the jobs here are sparse, so i am turning to the internet for ways to make money at the moment. this means that yes i am writing advertisements into my blogs, but as my disclaimer says, my thoughts and opinions are my own. i hope that this will not put you off my blog but if it does, so be it.

in November 2011 i finally decided that it was time to grow up, and stop chasing fairy tales. i gave the first love of my life a second chance and so far, we’re pretty damn happy together.

i am very interested in online video games and virtual worlds. i think they are an awesome way to pass time. a lot of people might see them as a waste of time but to be honest, if i was a mother, i would rather my kids spend time playing video games than going out and getting stoned or drunk. you can meet some really amazing people on the internet. true there are also a lot of weirdos but if you pay attention to your kids and what they are doing, they shouldn’t run into those types.

right now i am currently deciding what i would like to take via online classes. i am hoping to get into some sort of graphics design or web design classes but i need to make up my mind.

in december of 2009, my father passed away and i have had a hard time dealing with it. in may of 2011, my mother died suddenly of a brain hemorrhage after falling and hitting her head. this left my brother and i in a bit of financial stress, and we are currently struggling with life. in july my life was dealt another bad hand and i lost my cat, dorien grey, to a horrible seizure.

i’m really bad at this about me stuff! so until i can come up with a better bio, this will have to do.
